- What — Was macht Sozialunternehmen aus? Wie werden Sozialunternehmen wahrgenommen?
- Why — Was bewirkt das Zusammenbringen von gesellschaftlichen und unternehmerischen Zielen?
- How — Was sind Erfolgsfaktoren von (sozial-)unternehmerischen Teams?
Konzepte, die ich mit quantitativen Methoden untersuche:
- Team Composition und Team Outcomes bei (Social) Entrepreneurial Teams
- Hybridität von Social Enterprises
- Image von Social Enterprises und Attraktivität von (Social) Entreprenuership
